What struck me about Wonderflow is how it removes two barriers to successfully determining the real reasons behind customer opinion and does much more than come up with an unactionable NPS number. The first is its use and depth of development with NLP, that overcomes survey fatigue, through analysis of what customers are saying, and secondly, adoption by business users not just analysts, through its simple to understand user interface.
