Wonderflow Raises New Investment! We are happy to announce a new investment round, led by several Dutch entrepreneurs. This investment follows the seed received in 2015 and will help the company to scale faster.
Regarding the investment, CEO Riccardo Osti and CTO Giovanni Gaglione said that these resources will be used to strengthen Wonderflow’s position in the market, by consolidating the consumer feedback analysis platform towards a SaaS model.
Wonderflow is willing to open its technology to more industries, such as hotels, automotive and airlines (after having run a successful collaboration with KLM).
Furthermore, Wonderflow announced the launch of a new product this week: CX-Report, a single-page report that offers a snapshot of the key consumer insights based on the analysis of online reviews for one product. Click to learn more about CX-Report.
